We have begun our newest Social Studies unit with a quick review of mapping skills. Soon, the grade 2's will begin their World Communities Unit, in which they will be learning about other communities around the world and how we fit into it. The grade 3's will start the Urban and Rural Communities Unit, in which they will learn about Ontario's urban and rural areas and their contributions to our lives.
